Yes, we offer guaranteed next-day delivery for orders placed before 04:00 PM, This service ensures that your order will be delivered to your specified address on the following business day. Please note that next-day delivery is available in select areas and may incur an additional charge depending on your location.
If you need to cancel your order or booking, we require at least 24 hours‘ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or service date. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 5% cancellation fee based on the security deposit. The remaining deposit amount will be refunded to you. Please contact us as soon as possible to process your cancellation.
Rescheduling your order is completely free of charge as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery or service date. Simply contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange a new date for your delivery or service.
Our drivers are able to wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the scheduled delivery address. If you are not present within this time frame, the driver will proceed with their route, and an additional delivery fee will apply for rescheduling the delivery.
